Airbnb listing URL — submitted by you to generate a report
Email address — required for report delivery and (if applicable) account creation
Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store card details
Usage data — page visits and conversion events tracked via Google Analytics (anonymized IP)

3. How we use your data

To generate and deliver your audit report (PDF via email)
To process your payment via Stripe
To send transactional emails related to your order (report delivery, receipt)
To store your report permanently so you can re-access it from your account dashboard
To improve the service using aggregated, anonymized analytics

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data storage and retention

Reports and associated data (listing URL, email, generated content) are stored permanently so you can access them at any time from your dashboard. You may request deletion of your data at any time via our contact form.

Account data is retained until you request deletion.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate bnbANALYTICA:

Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy)
Resend — transactional email delivery
Anthropic Claude — AI analysis (listing URL and scraped data sent for report generation)
Apify — Airbnb listing data scraping
Supabase — database and authentication
Google Analytics — anonymized website analytics (requires cookie consent)

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary.

6. Cookies

We use a single analytics cookie (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. You can accept or decline this cookie via the banner shown on your first visit. Strictly necessary cookies (session, security) are used without consent.

7. Your rights (GDPR / Swiss DSG)
